I’ve been in the nutrition and fitness world since college (I decline to state what year that was but, let’s just say, it’s been a while) and have helped thousands of women get fit and stay that way.

Helping women achieve their best health, body and confidence like that makes me so proud and drives everything I do.

That’s not what I offer because it’s not realistic, they harm your body, made you feel sad and never work. And if you’re looking for something that you don’t have to do any grocery shopping or meal prep, this won’t be your thing. I hope not but, just want to be upfront!

I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, which basically doesn’t mean a whole lot unless you’ve got experience helping a lot of people, because we all know that nutrition and fitness is not a one-size-fits-all.
