This is my favorite LeanStrong breakfast because it's quick, easy, vegan and filled with tons of nutrients.
Chia seeds are a SUPERFOOD and this is my favorite way to make sure I get them in my diet on most days!
LeanStrong Chia Pudding
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2T. unsweetened almond butter
- 3T. chia seeds
- Can sprinkle with cinnamon, or add some stevia and vanilla for a little different flavor
- Could also add some cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener for a delicious, healthy and chocolaty breakfast!
