I'm not at all saying it's not healthy to want to fit into clothes that you once did, but it's really the thought that it's coming from that I want you to watch out for. If you're coming from a place of
"I felt really strong and confident when I wore these jeans. I want to feel that way again so, I'd like to get back to that." That amazing and is SO different than, I just want to be a size ----- just because it's smaller than what I am now.
The former is coming from a position of decision and power. The latter is coming from a place of misplaced emotions, usually anxiety or low self-confidence. And honestly, it's not all your fault - we are pretty well bombarded with messages and images of false perfection.

I was the type of person who had a constant reel of thoughts running through my mind all of the time, but even if you're already a little more chill than I was, this is going to still be so huge for you so, keep reading.
I was talking to my friend and coach, Lacey and she has a unique gift of seeing things in people - both productive things, and not so productive things. She also has a way of kindly showing you some things that you may be doing that don't really serve you as it relates to you achieving a goal and becoming the person you were made to become.
So, when she suggested this to me, I knew - because it was her - that it was something that would definitely get me unstuck from where I was, but I was still skeptical.

This is my favorite LeanStrong breakfast because it's quick, easy, vegan and filled with tons of nutrients.
Chia seeds are a SUPERFOOD and this is my favorite way to make sure I get them in my diet on most days!
LeanStrong Chia Pudding
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2T. unsweetened almond butter
- 3T. chia seeds
- Can sprinkle with cinnamon, or add some stevia and vanilla for a little different flavor
- Could also add some cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener for a delicious, healthy and chocolaty breakfast!

I don’t know about you but, as the years fly by, I become more and more aware of the reality of how fast disease rates are climbing and how many people are being affected, either personally or someone close to them.
I mean, somehow we are the most sophisticated nation with the most resources and yet - we are the unhealthiest. How in the world is that even possible? It should be just the opposite, don’t you think?
